Power transmission line
A power line (segment) with six spans (with a length of 350m each) with three Dead-End towers (shown in red) and four Suspension towers (shown in green) was considered. Furthermore, it was assumed that the full power line does not deviate from the straight line. The site of Annaberg-Buchholz was selected, located in Central-East Germany close to the borders with the Czech Republic. The typology of the towers is described in the previous section.
